Four Windsor Facilities Receive Pinnacle Quality Insight 2017 Customer Experience Award
Four Windsor facilities received Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2017 Customer Experience Award. By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, these buildings have displayed a continued dedication to providing Best-in-Class senior healthcare services and have satisfied the rigorous demands of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average. Pinnacle clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best-in-Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each resident’s experience. The four Windsor facilities to receive the award are:

Windsor Skyline Administrator Laurie Behrend is awarded the 2016 Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award by the ACHCA as the leader of a top-performing skilled nursing facility.
The administrator of Windsor Skyline Care Center located in Salinas, CA, Laurie Behrend, received the 2016 Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award by the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA). The ACHCA selects winners of the Eli Pick Leadership award based on MDS quality indicators, occupancy rates, and three years of survey data. According to the ACHCA, fewer than 9% of facilities nationwide qualify for the award.
Windsor Gardens of Los Angeles Receives 2016 AHCA-NCAL Silver National Quality Award
Windsor Gardens of Los Angeles received the 2016 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).The award is the second highest distinction possible through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program and was presented to only 4 facilities in the entire state of California. This award honors skilled nursing and post-acute care centers across the nation that have demonstrated their commitment to improving quality care for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
