New Offices Unveiled for Windsor Operations and Management
Monday, August 3, 2009 was the first day of operations for the Windsor family in their new offices. Previously the operations were spread among several locations. Christine Houser, Chief Administrative Officer and her team have successfully executed a complete renovation of the 7th floor at 9200 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, Ca.
Through the many months of planning and coordination of several teams, all of our operations and management are located centrally. This translates to increased operating efficiencies for the Windsor Team.
As part of the transition, Christine along with John Minor, Vice President of Operations and his team lead by Wiley Gustafson, Network Administrator, were successful in engineering and launching an Emergency System of record storage and computer operations that greatly reduce our exposure to system outage in the event of a natural disaster. Simply this means, that we would be able to support the care of our residents and their records, when many other providers would be facing lost data critical to the care of residents. We had an opportunity to test the system recently as part of our move and are happy to report that the back-up system worked without a glitch.
