We would like to welcome Melvin Daignault, Senior Vice President of Operations.  Melvin joins the Windsor team with a wealth of healthcare industry experience, and we are confident that he will bring fresh, well rounded operational expertise and efficiencies to Windsor.

Melvin shares our philosophy: when a company focuses on providing superior care and customer service, and it takes care of its people, business results inevitably follow.  He is especially focused on customer service and patient / family communications as well as quality patient-centered care, staff loyalty and financial success. 

Most recently, Melvin served as Vice President of Operations at Longwood Management where he was responsible for 36 skilled nursing facilities and a hospice organization.  He is a licensed administrator and a graduate of the University of West Florida where he earned a BA degree in human resources and finance.  His 25-year career has included posts in California, Texas, Oregon and Washington where he is well known and respected in the healthcare community.
