		Lee C. Samson President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Samson founded Windsor Healthcare, a division of SNF Management, in 1984. His many years of industry experience, combined with his innate business acumen, have shaped the vision and spurred the growth of the company. With a keen eye for recognizing and unlocking value, Mr. Samson has repeatedly assisted underperforming facilities turn themselves around and meaningfully enhanced the performance of facilities that performed well under previous managements.
		Lawrence E. Feigen Chief Operating Officer Mr. Feigen joined the company as a Partner in 1991. With 16 years of healthcare ownership and management experience, Mr. Feigen specializes in maximizing value. Systems-oriented by nature, Mr. Feigen’s ability to create and implement maximally-efficient clinical, financial, and administrative schema frequently yields immediate and significant bottom-line impact. His unique ability to view situations from diverse perspectives motivates facility administrators to find creative solutions and actualize their potential.
		Donny I. Feldman Senior Managing Director, Transactions Group A member of the Windsor team since 2004, Mr. Feldman analyzes, structures, and executes the various transactions, e.g., refinances, acquisitions, divestitures, contemplated and undertaken by the various facilities. Any attorney by training, Mr. Feldman interfaces with lenders, outside counsel, and company principals to provide valuable insight and unique analysis. Before joining the parent company, Mr. Feldman worked as an associate in the investment banking division at Lehman Brothers.
		Carol Lillis, RN, LNHA, CLNC Vice President, Professional Services With 35 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in multinational settings, Ms. Lillis joined the Windsor team in 2005. Designated California’s Nurse of the Year in 2000, she provides clinical oversight to the 30 facilities operating under the Windsor nameplate. A federal and state clinical regulatory expert, Ms. Lillis ensures that Windsor’s sterling reputation for quality patient care flourishes. Ms. Lillis is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and combines delicate patient care with prudent fiscal decision making.
		Darleen Poe, CPA, LNHA, MA Vice President, Financial Services A healthcare financial management expert with 24 years of experience, Ms. Poe joined Windsor in 2008. Ms. Poe is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the development and implementation of Windsor’s complex accounting systems and financial software operations. Highly credentialed, Ms. Poe provides valuable direction in the area of policy and planning for financial data processing programs, structures and deliverables.
		Josh Sable, Esq. General Counsel As Windsor’s in-house attorney, Mr. Sable is responsible for litigation management, labor relations, employment law, risk management and general corporate matters. After having worked closely with Windsor for many years, Mr. Sable joined the company in 2009. Mr. Sable was most recently a partner at Bryan Cave, LLP, a business and litigation firm with 19 offices worldwide. At Bryan Cave, Mr. Sable headed the West Coast, labor and employment law practice. He is an experienced trial lawyer, having litigated various matters in both State and Federal court, as well as various administrative agencies.
		Barry Dyches Vice President, Risk Management With 28 years of related experience, Mr. Dyches served as Windsor’s Director of Operations for three years ending June 2002, and since then has lead the company’s Risk Management Division. In this capacity, Mr. Dyches reviews and designs internal controls for the Windsor nursing facilities and recommends processes designed to prevent accidental losses. Mr. Dyches also oversees insurance programs, evaluating coverage issues and risk profiles.
		Claire Hughes, RN Vice President, Risk Management/Workers' Compensation With an extensive background in acute care, including ICU, Emergency nursing, employee health, and infection prevention, Ms. Hughes has worked in Risk Management/Employee Safety in long-term care since 1992. Her practice is focused on keeping caregivers safe in the workplace by providing policy and direction for safe practice equipment, which lessens the likelihood of injury, and developing a strong safety culture.
		David Farrell Regional Direction of Operations, Northern California In addition to his role in Operations, Mr. Farrell serves as Director of Organizational Development and steers Windsor through the Centers for Medicare Services’ nursing home five-star rating system. His strong background in organizational culture and process enhancement has contributed significantly to Windsor’s quality improvements. Mr. Farrell holds a Master’s degree in social work, with a concentration in gerontology and administration from Boston College, is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and is widely published and nationally recognized as an educator. His 26+ years of experience provides the Northern California region with much needed operational expertise and efficiencies.
		Joshua Sable Esq.General Counsel In his capacity as General Counsel, Mr. Sable functions as Windsor's in-house attorney with responsibility for litigation management, labor relations, employment law, risk management and general corporate matters. A graduate of Tufts University, Josh earned his JD from UCLA. He is a seasoned trial lawyer, and his knowledge and background will undoubtedly contribute considerable value by reducing the company’s reliance on outside attorneys.
