Job description/requirements: Must be an RN with at least 2 years experience. Certification is preferred. Responsible for wound care and documentation under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians, the Director of Nursing or the Medical Director of the facility with an emphasis on treatment and therapy of skin orders.
