Windsor Healthcare, a division of SNF Management, LLC, is a provider of long-term healthcare and rehabilitation services that operates under the Windsor name. A privately-owned company formed in 1984, it operates 32 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers and one assisted living facility located throughout the state of California, or 4,094 licensed beds. Approximately 5,600 Windsor employees provide nursing care and therapeutic service to an average of 3,735 patients per day.
National lifestyle trends favor the growth of sophisticated skilled nursing facilities like those Windsor operates. In fact, people over 65 years of age represent the fastest growing population demographic in the country. Given advances in medical technology and greater awareness of the importance of physical fitness, this population’s life expectancy has generally increased. As they age, however, there will be an increased need for long-term care outside the acute care hospital. Windsor is very well prepared to meet California’s rising need.
At Windsor, our mission is to achieve the highest quality person-centered care, which is delivered with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity, thus enabling us to enrich and enhance every life we touch.
In all Windsor communities, we seek to create a culture of healing that is life affirming, satisfying, humane and meaningful. We act in accordance with these core values:
Caring and Compassion |
We treat those we serve and one another with kindness, concern and respect. |
Community |
We acknowledge our vital role to serve people in each community. |
Honesty and Integrity |
We act openly and truthfully in everything we do. |
Teamwork |
We work together cooperatively, recognizing that the power of our combined efforts exceeds what we can accomplish individually. |
Innovation |
We encourage and implement new ideas on our culture change journey in order to enhance quality. |
Excellence |
We strive to exceed people's expectations |
Beatrice Taishoff, a 99-year-old nursing home resident at the Jewish Home and Hospital in the Bronx, N.Y., has a message to which we at SnF Management strongly agree:
"There is a general tendency to see elders primarily as having problems and as being frail. I believe despite these losses, there is something else - that essence is there. We just have to uncover it - go through the layers to find it and hope to develop this positive relationship with each person - a partnership - to rediscover meaning in life."

Testimonials We wanted to thank you and your very caring staff for the care that you gave my mother. She loved being at Windsor Court and thanked us daily for finding such a caring and wonderful facility. Heart felt thanks.
